Hey everybody! Sorry for the lack of updates. Anyways, Eileen finally posted a new story, which you can see HERE or read below. We had a fun time at her house, and we also got to explore around New York and see the bright lights. :D Anyways, enjoy the story! -Emily

Piano Girl That Can’t Bow Correctly

Hi! I am a close friend of Emily’s and a writer from writers corner. I am about to tell you a true story of myself. It is one humiliating story you do not want to miss. However, please don’t laugh because everyone makes mistakes and I am glad I can bring humor in to your life but please don’t laugh at me, but laugh with me. HAHAHA. Now, first off, my name is Eileen, I am in sixth grade and this happened when I was in 3rd grade. I was playing at a school’s recital. I was playing nicely on the piano, a song that I practiced for a very long time. Then I finished, proud, smiling with people clapping for me and then… I fell. I was taking a bow but I guess I went too downwards because I lost my balance and fell right to the ground. Of course, I got right up and started smiling and I told myself that it will be fine. The next day, some of my classmates teased me and asked me to take ballet lessons or become an acrobat because I need to learn balance. Some other people called me nicknames such as clumsyhead, piano-can’t-bow girl and much more. But I was ok with it because I learned to laugh at myself since it was sort of stupid. In the end I realized that I was a little pissed at first but then I got used to it and it became like a joke. Till this day, if you ask Emily, you’ll know that I am not really good at balance (remember Emily at my backyard on the curb), but I learned to laugh and tell my humiliating story to everyone.
