Summer Is Here
Summer means the sun is shining bright,
And children go on vacation and boring flights.
You can go to the beach,
Or help with the bleach.
But wear sunscreen everyday including your head
Or get a sunburn, red skin and all day in bed.

No Time To Smell The Flowers
Running through the meadows,
Running through grass,
Running through life,
No time to smell the roses.
Today is different,
Just today,
I stopped,
Took a sniff
Daisys, Roses, Tulips and sunflowers
Who knew the world is such a beautiful place.

A Green Monster
In a misty forest down the street,
Lived a one eyed monster with hairy feet.
He was green and short with a scary laugh,
And he knows many creatures of the dark path,
And On the night before Halloween,
He would pretend to be tough and mean.
Laying next to the children’s beds,
He shouted “BOO, I’m gonna squish your head!”
